Installing Chronicle

Step-by-step guide to adding Chronicle to your Discord server.

Prerequisites

  • A Discord server where you have Administrator or Manage Server permission
  • A voice channel where your group plays

Install Chronicle

  1. Visit the Chronicle install page
  2. Click "Add Chronicle to Discord"
  3. Select the server you want to add Chronicle to
  4. Review and authorize the requested permissions
  5. You'll be redirected to the post-install page with next steps

Permissions

Chronicle requests the following Discord permissions:

After Installation

Once Chronicle is in your server:

  1. Create a campaign/campaign create with a name for your campaign
  2. Familiarize yourself with commands — See the command reference
  3. Run a test session — Try a short recording to see how Chronicle works

Multiple Servers

Chronicle can be added to multiple Discord servers. Each server has its own campaigns and data — nothing is shared between servers.

Removing Chronicle

To remove Chronicle from your server:

  1. Go to Server Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Chronicle and click Remove
